All services from design-hitch are delivered digitally. There is no physical product, shipment, or courier involved. Deliverables are shared as Figma source files and written documentation via secure file link or Figma project access.
Rush Delivery (available as an add-on) reduces timelines by approximately 50 percent.
Every project delivers a complete Figma file with all pages, components, and device sizes included in the agreed scope. Developer handoff annotations are included as Figma comments.
If we miss a deadline due to circumstances on our side, we communicate proactively and provide a revised timeline. Delays caused by client feedback delays extend timelines by the same number of business days without additional charge.
